Tax and Shipping Policy
Taxes are not included in the price listing. This will automatically be calculated at checkout. You will also see the applicable taxes as a line item on your receipt.
Shipment
Shipping fee is added after you place an item in the cart. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped . Most products are shipped via USPS.

Most packages are delivered within 7 days after the order has been placed and confirmed. The estimated delivery dates are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. For high volumes, and other special circumstances delivery times might vary.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damages
Pinay Artist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product and wanted to return an item(s), contact Pinay Artist at info@pinayartist.com. Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable.
Custom Design & Order Policy
After sharing your design ideas with me, you will receive one round of design edits per design; any requested edits after this will cost a minimum of $5. Pinay Artist retains ownership of the final design unless you purchase it for an additional fee which starts at $25 per design. Shipping fee is calculated based on product weight and packaging. Please expect a turnaround time of 2 to 5 business days for product design and 7 to 14 days for shipment unless you opted for the expedited shipping.
