Introducing the first 500 Yoops NFTs benefitting the communities served by the Aeta Tribe Foundation.
From Yooper the beagle to Yoops NFTs
The Yoops project is inspired by our beagle puppy named Yooper. The term "Yooper" refers to residents of the Upper Peninsula (UP) region, part of the US state of Michigan. It was during our trip to UP in the Fall of 2020 that we thought Yooper sounded like a great name to give our future puppy.
Yooper was born on April 29, 2021. She is both a joy and a challenge. Beagles are great problem-solvers with persevering personalities, and Yooper is no exception. She is great fun to be around, and loves to play games and make all kinds of noises we never knew were possible for dogs. And now, her likeness will be permanently available on the Ethereum blockchain.
The Yoops NFTs are a generative collection of 3000 different Yooper faces. The most special features are the rarest! Look out for extra-rare hats, eye colors, and more. Out of millions of possible Yoops, we kept 3000 of the best ones (yes, we checked all 3000 of them!) to share with the world. No additional Yoops will be made, so be sure to get yours as soon as you can! Minting in spring 2022. Becoming a Yooper and Serving Communities
We have started with a limited release of the first 500 Yoops using the Lazy Minting process on OpenSea for a reduced price. See PinayArtist OpenSea page. Our beneficiary for this initial release is the Aeta Tribe Foundation whose mission is to help address the chronic food insecurity and water shortages of the Aeta people in the provinces of Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales. With every purchase of Yoop, Pinay Artist will produce a unique hat, featuring your Yoop, that will be distributed to an Aeta community member working on a farm. We call this the 500 Yoops for 500 Hats project. These broad-rimmed hats protect Aeta farmers from the harsh sunlight they are exposed to every day.

1. Purchase Ethereum on a crypto exchange - Click here for more information.
2. Transfer your crypto to a crypto wallet. You will need this to check your balance, make transactions, and connect to applications.
3. Connect your wallet to OpenSea
4. Go to Yoops Collection by Pinay Artist on Opensea and select your Yoop.
5. That's it! You are now a Yooper and can join our private #Yoopers channel on Discord.
